PRIMARY CARE

Affordable Medical Care for All.

Primary or general health care is provided by physicians who specialize in family practice, pediatrics (childhood), or internal (adult) medicine.

Choosing a primary care provider is an important part of your care. Care Alliance Health Center is a nationally recognized “patient-centered medical home,” a team-based approach to providing high-quality primary care. We use evidence-based guidelines to meet your specific health needs.

Care Alliance Health Center offers family medicine care teams who provide comprehensive, coordinated care for patients of all ages, from infants to older adults.

At Care Alliance, we provide patients with the highest quality care for the entire family. Our physicians are board-certified in internal medicine and make every effort to provide compassionate service to every patient.

We believe your healthcare should be designed with your unique needs and priorities in mind. We value and respect our patients and provide high-quality, non-judgmental care for individuals living with HIV.

Care Alliance offers a full array of health care services for women of all ages. We focus on maintaining the health of the reproductive organs throughout a woman’s life and providing quality care during pregnancy, childbirth, and the reproductive period following delivery.

Care Alliance provides pediatric services for newborn babies through childhood and the teen years. Our pediatricians pride themselves in providing quality care to ensure healthy childhood development.

Centering Pregnancy is a form of group prenatal care that focuses on the prevention of preterm birth – delivering before 37 weeks’ gestational age. We currently have specialized programs geared toward mothers at risk for preterm delivery and addiction.
